Inspired by Lady Antebellum’s “Looking For A Good Time,” I think the theme of this Valntine’s Day should be frivolity, fun and light-heartedness. Let’s steer away from the serious. Say no to the pressure associated with planning the perfect day and instead do what makes you blissful and wear what makes you happy.
My feel-good day would involve pretty lingerie, a casual but put together outfit, blinging accessories, a nice soak in the tub and flowers gifted to myself! [credits.]
What will your Valentine’s Day look like? A home spa retreat? Dinner date with your partner? Drinks and dancing with the girls? Movie night in pj’s? I want to know.
Sarah of Bellissima Jewelry dropped me a note asking me to check out her collection. It only took about thirty seconds to realize I’m madly in love with her designs. Here are a few of my favorite pieces:
Felicity earrings begging to be worn with a sundress. Or if you’re experiencing winter, with your coziest cowl-neck sweater.
Julianna necklace. How cute would this be peeking out from underneath a cute scarf? That’s a layered look I can get behind. Or under.
Grace earrings. Grace is tough. She doesn’t listen to BS. She knows what she wants and goes for it. She looks good while she takes care of business.
Awaken necklace. My personal favorite. A call to action.
A hot little number suitable for a date or a night out with the girls. Perfect for Valentine’s Day, regardless of your preference! Personally, I’m usually not in a relationship so getting dressed up and dancing with my friends sounds like a great way to celebrate. [credits.]
Let’s just take a moment to admire these black and gold pretties. [credits]
In honor of Valentine’s Day, think pink! [credits]
If you’re anything like me, then you like options. A great dress is even better when you can style it multiple ways to create different looks. With tastes that range from noir to boho, it’s important for me to be able to mix and match depending on my mood. Here are a few inspiration boards I put together.
one little black dress. style it sweet. stye it tough. wear often. [credits]
one jumper. either noir or los angeles casual. it’s up to you! [credits]
