Fantastical Eyelashes

Shu Uemura teamed up with Viktor & Rolf to create a set of couture-worthy lashes. Pure fantasy and fit for a daring night on the town, these certainly aren’t for the timid or weak-in-the-knees. The masks in the ads would have been perfect for a play I directed a few years ago. I am, of course, mad that I didn’t think of pairing falsies with stark white masks then, which sure look better than the party city masks we painted to mimic eyeshadow and lashes. Must remember this for a future production – I’m determined to find a use for both the masks and the lashes.

OMG, these are to die for! i love false eyelashes. i’ve been considering getting lash extensions for awhile, but i am sad to know they only last a few days. i wish someone would come up with permanent false eyelashes. i want some so i can look like elizabeth taylor morning noon and night!
i’d love to wear a pair of totally wacky falsies, in like hot pink, but they rub against my glasses. and that is not cute.
