Best Friends Forever – Saltine Necklace by Emily Elizabeth Jewelry

Remember those BFF-er necklaces that had a heart split down the middle? You’d wear one half and I’d wear the other. Then everyone would know that you had a best friend somewhere in this wide world. Does anyone else find it morbid that we used to wear a broken heart as a signal of friendship? I mean, I didn’t, until now.

My dear friend Paige sent me a link this morning to a necklace she wanted to purchase asking for a color suggestion. Poor Paige didn’t realize that this necklace would immediately worm its way into my heart.
