How absolutely fabulous is that feather fringe necklace? That’s right, the feathers are part of the necklace, not the shirt. Mind-blowing, I know. Topped with seven strands of chains and this necklace is certainly swoon-worthy. I bow down to I Heart Norwegian Wood; Angie has serious chops.
